
THE following cases were dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Rachel Louise Courtney , 34, of Burringham Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of failing to give information regarding the driver of a vehicle alleged to have committed an offence. She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
Richard Fenton , 22, of Spilsby Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle with insufficient tyre tread and lamps not in good working order. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £40 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
Nathan Davock , 23, of Kettleby View, Brigg, pleaded guilty to failing to stop following an accident, driving without due care and attention and without a test certificate. He was fined £710, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £35, cost of £85 and his licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.
Michael Daniel Thomas Dykstra , 20, of Reginald Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was committed to prison suspended for 12 months, required to participate in Restorative Justice for four days, be under curfew for two months and be electronically monitored and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.
Ann Hird , 33, of Edwards Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and assault. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.
Vitalij Bogoshevich , 29, of Fox Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. He was required to be under curfew for two months and be electronically monitored, carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
Anthony Coolledge , 39, of Chesswick Crescent, Keadby, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.
Liam John Durkin , 49, of Elizabeth Close, Scotter, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £40 and was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.
Daniel Joseph Hubbard , 22, of Carr Lane, Thealby, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points. Reported by This is 9 hours ago.
